About the Role
Ryanair Group is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join its extensive cabin crew team. This position offers fast-track career opportunities within Europe's largest airline group, operating over 3,600 daily flights across more than 90 operational bases. Successful candidates will be part of a dynamic family of over 16,000 crew members, delivering exceptional safety and customer service to millions of guests annually.
The journey begins with a comprehensive 6-week training course, equipping new crew members with fundamental skills for their day-to-day responsibilities. This immersive training includes regular examinations and culminates in Supernumerary flights and the attainment of Cabin Crew Wings. The role involves operating early and late shifts, with potential start times as early as 5 am and return times as late as midnight, reflecting the demanding yet rewarding nature of the position where safety is paramount.
Career progression within the Ryanair Group is significant, with opportunities to advance into roles such as Number 1, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or Director of Inflight.

Requirements
- Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
- Height approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
- Hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
- Adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster.
- Enjoyment of dealing with the public and a 'can-do' attitude.
- Comfortable speaking and writing English with ease.
- A passion for travelling and meeting new people.
