Job Overview
Aviation company is seeking positive, energetic, and motivated individuals for flight attendant/cabin crew positions to join their award-winning team. This role offers a unique workplace while traveling and meeting new people.

Location: Hilton Gatwick Airport, South Terminal, Horley, Gatwick RH6 0LL
Candidates are required to register for the event. Pre-screening phone calls will be conducted to assess suitability. Please be prepared for the recruitment process to potentially extend until late afternoon.
On the day, candidates must bring:
- Passport and relevant UK immigration status documentation (e.g., Visa, Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code). British passport holders only need their passport.
- Updated English CV with an ID photo.
Dress Code: Smart business attire with professional hair, makeup, and accessories. Suit, pencil skirt, shirt, and blazer are recommended. Jeans, short skirts, or untidy appearance are not permitted.
Candidates may attend any recruitment event regardless of the base they are applying for.
Responsibilities
- Focus on safety and customer care.
- Perform on-board and ground duties in compliance with company policies.
- Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
- Welcome and assist passengers during flights.
- Act in accordance with company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, integrity.
- Be part of an aviation team.
- Will be contracted and paid from the first day of training.
Requirements
- Aged 18 or over.
- Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Minimum high school degree/GCSE result or equivalent.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Valid passport with no limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
- Able to swim.
- Right to live and work in the UK (British passport or relevant Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status).
- Resides within 90 minutes of the chosen base or is prepared to relocate.
- No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
- Enthusiastic and enjoys working with people.
- Successful candidates will need to obtain a Schengen Visa if applicable.
- Individuals with prescriptions above +4 or below -4 for glasses or contact lenses may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
