Cabin Crew

Ryanair Group is seeking customer-oriented individuals with a passion for delivering great service and a desire for fast-track career opportunities to join their cabin crew team. No prior experience is required; enthusiasm and team spirit are essential.

Opportunities are available for Cabin Crew positions at LONDON STANSTED and DUBLIN AIRPORT. In-Person Assessment Days will be hosted. An open day will be held in Derry City in late February / March for registered interested candidates.

The role involves a comprehensive 6-week training course covering essential safety and customer service skills. The training includes regular examinations and culminates in Supernumerary flights and the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.

Successful candidates will become part of the Ryanair Group cabin crew family, with extensive career progression opportunities, including roles such as Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, and Director of Inflight.

This is a demanding yet rewarding position where safety is the top priority. The role requires flexibility to work early and late shifts, with duty start times as early as 5 am and return times as late as midnight, depending on the roster.

Requirements:

  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK or Ireland and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Height approximately between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and support another person in water.
  • Hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster.
  • Enjoy dealing with the public and possess the ability to provide excellent customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Comfortable speaking and writing in English, with the ability to pass an English Language Assessment.
  • Passion for travelling and meeting new people.
