Employment and payment commence from the first day of training.
Prospective Cabin Crew members must meet specific criteria:

Essential documents to bring include a passport, Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code (British Passport Holders only need their passport), and an updated English CV with an ID photo. Business attire is the required dress code. Candidates are welcome to attend any recruitment event regardless of the base for which they are applying.
The airline offers a competitive package, including competitive salary, social security, work insurance, and complete, free Cabin Crew training. Employees benefit from free tickets based on experience and discounted employee tickets, as well as paid holiday. Career development opportunities are available within one of the fastest-growing airlines. The role promotes work-life balance with no layovers, offering the opportunity to maintain a normal life in one's hometown through a flexible or fixed roster (typically 5 days on duty followed by 3 days off) and the possibility to swap duties. The vibrant culture includes sport events such as half marathons and running events, base events like bowling and karaoke, opportunities to work at different bases upon need or request, and participation in special or VIP flights including open flights and anniversary events.
