Prospective candidates are invited to register their interest for an exclusive Cabin Crew Recruitment Day in London Luton. This event is by invitation only, due to facility capacity limitations. Invitations will be extended to a select group of candidates whose qualifications and values align with the organisation's ethos. Selected candidates will receive their invitation approximately one week prior to the event. Non-selected candidates will be provided with information regarding future recruitment opportunities.

Recruitment Day Guidelines
Candidates attending the recruitment event are advised to adhere to the following guidelines:
- Full compliance with all listed requirements will be checked during the recruitment event.
- Candidates should arrive sharply on time and be prepared for a process that may extend until late afternoon.
- Required Documents:
- A valid passport.
- A Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code (for non-British Passport Holders). British Passport holders only require their passport.
- An updated English CV with an ID photograph.
- Dress Code: Business Attire is mandatory.
- Candidates may join any recruitment event regardless of the base for which they are applying.
Key Responsibilities of a Wizz Air Cabin Crew Member
As a valued member of the Wizz Air Cabin Crew team, the successful candidate will be expected to:
- Focus diligently on both safety protocols and exemplary customer care.
- Perform all on-board and ground duties in strict compliance with the Company’s policies.
- Manage in-flight sales operations and cash handling efficiently.
- Welcome passengers warmly and provide assistance throughout the flight journey.

- Integrate into a professional family of over 7,000 aviation enthusiasts.
- Commence contracted employment and receive remuneration from day one of the training period.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants for the Cabin Crew position must meet the following essential criteria:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE result, or an equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate fluency, both written and spoken, in English.
- Possess a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity required).
- Be able to swim proficiently.
- Hold the legal right to live and work in the UK (e.g., British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
- Reside, or be prepared to relocate, within 90 minutes of the chosen base and be prepared to make this journey according to the work schedule.
- Have no visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- Exhibit an enthusiastic and service-oriented approach to working with people.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa, if applicable.
- Medical Note: If a candidate wears glasses or contact lenses and their prescription is above +4 or below -4, they are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
