The Role of Cabin Crew

As a Cabin Crew member, the primary responsibility is to uphold easyJet's high standards of safety and customer service. This involves ensuring the well-being and comfort of all passengers, delivering exceptional onboard service, and adhering strictly to safety procedures. Responsibilities also include the sale and handling of onboard products, including alcohol, which contributes to a commission structure.

Key Requirements

easyJet provides comprehensive training for all successful candidates; prior flying experience is not required. However, applicants must demonstrate a positive attitude, a strong customer-centric mindset, and possess a minimum of six months' experience in a customer-facing role.

• Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
• Possession of a valid passport is mandatory.
• Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the United Kingdom. Please note that Skilled Worker visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
• Candidates must reside within a 90-minute commuting distance of their selected UK base.
• The ability to comfortably sell and handle alcohol as part of onboard duties and commission structure is required.
• Tattoos are permitted, provided they are not visible on the head, face, or neck. Any designs deemed inappropriate must be discreetly covered.

Physical and Legal Prerequisites:

Due to stringent legal and safety regulations governing aviation roles, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a height between 5'2" (157.5 cm) and 6'3" (190 cm) without shoes.
• Demonstrate the ability to swim 25 metres unaided.
• Be capable of passing a UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) Cabin Crew medical examination.
• Maintain the continuous ability to fit securely into an aircraft jump seat, which includes a shoulder harness and lap belt.
