Aurigny is seeking dedicated Cabin Crew members for the summer season. Based in Guernsey, successful candidates will serve as safety professionals and brand ambassadors, acting as the friendly face of the island community.

Role Overview

As a member of the Cabin Crew team, the individual will play a vital role in safety-critical operations, ensuring the security and comfort of passengers while delivering professional, high-quality customer service across the network.

Key Responsibilities

Safety and Security

  • Execute safety, security, and emergency procedures in compliance with CAA regulations and Aurigny operating protocols.
  • Maintain responsibility for cabin safety and passenger wellbeing throughout all flights.
  • Participate in pre-flight briefings and rigorous safety checks.
  • Respond calmly and effectively to abnormal or emergency situations.

Customer Experience

  • Deliver outstanding service to ensure every passenger feels welcomed and valued.
  • Provide specialized support for families, unaccompanied minors, nervous flyers, and passengers with additional needs.
  • Manage challenging situations with empathy, professionalism, and confidence.

Onboard Service

  • Provide food, beverage, and duty-free services to a high standard.
  • Promote and sell onboard products in accordance with company procedures.
  • Manage onboard sales and stock with high levels of accuracy.

Team and Professional Standards

  • Collaborate effectively with flight deck and cabin crew colleagues.
  • Act as a positive brand ambassador, upholding company values and uniform standards.
