Cabin Crew Recruitment - Bristol Airport

Position Overview

Successful candidates will undergo an intensive six-week training course to develop the fundamental skills required for daily operations, including safety protocols and premium customer service. Following successful completion of exams and supernumerary flights, trainees will be awarded their Cabin Crew Wings. This is a demanding role that requires the flexibility to operate both early and late shifts, ranging from 5:00 AM starts to midnight finishes.

Candidate Requirements

• Must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
• Height requirement: approximately 5' 2" (157 cm) to 6' 2" (188 cm).
• Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
• Hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
• Ability to adapt to a shift-based roster.
• Strong commitment to excellent customer service with a "can-do" attitude.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• A passion for travel and engaging with a diverse public.
