Candidates must register for the event. Following registration, all applicants will undergo a pre-screening phone call to assess suitability. Please note that the recruitment process may extend until the late afternoon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritize cabin safety and exceptional customer service.
  • Perform on-board and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies.
  • Manage in-flight sales and cash handling procedures.
  • Provide professional passenger assistance throughout the flight.
  • Represent company values and collaborate within a team of over 7,000 aviation professionals.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18.
  • Minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma/GCSE or equivalent qualification.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) without limitations.
  • Ability to swim.
  • Legal right to live and work in the UK (British passport, Visa, or Settlement/Pre-Settlement Status).
  • Residency within a 90-minute commute of the chosen base, or a willingness to relocate.
  • No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
  • Medical eligibility: Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
  • Ability to obtain a Schengen Visa if applicable.

  • Smart business attire (e.g., suit, blazer, shirt, or pencil skirt). Unprofessional attire such as jeans or short skirts is not permitted.
