Responsibilities

Maintain a primary focus on passenger safety and high-quality customer care.

Perform all ground and on-board duties in strict compliance with company policies.

Manage in-flight sales and cash handling procedures.

Welcome passengers and provide assistance throughout the duration of the flight.

Uphold company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.

Collaborate within a diverse team of over 7,000 aviation professionals.
Candidate Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years.

Minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.

Minimum high school degree, GCSE, or equivalent qualification.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Valid passport (minimum 6 months remaining) without limitations.

Must be able to swim.

Right to live and work in the UK (British passport, Visa, or Settlement status).

Residency within 90 minutes of your chosen base or willingness to relocate.

No tattoos or piercings visible while wearing the uniform.

Enthusiastic personality with a passion for working with people.

Ability to obtain a Schengen Visa if applicable.

Note: Candidates requiring glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
