Responsibilities

  • Maintain a primary focus on passenger safety and high-quality customer care.
  • Perform all ground and on-board duties in strict compliance with company policies.
  • Manage in-flight sales and cash handling procedures.
  • Welcome passengers and provide assistance throughout the duration of the flight.
  • Uphold company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
  • Collaborate within a diverse team of over 7,000 aviation professionals.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Minimum high school degree, GCSE, or equivalent qualification.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Valid passport (minimum 6 months remaining) without limitations.
  • Must be able to swim.
  • Right to live and work in the UK (British passport, Visa, or Settlement status).
  • Residency within 90 minutes of your chosen base or willingness to relocate.
  • No tattoos or piercings visible while wearing the uniform.
  • Enthusiastic personality with a passion for working with people.
  • Ability to obtain a Schengen Visa if applicable.
  • Note: Candidates requiring glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.

Recruitment Day Guidelines

Please bring an updated English CV with an ID photo. Required documentation includes your passport and applicable right-to-work evidence (Visa/Share Code). Please wear smart business attire (e.g., suit, blazer, shirt, or pencil skirt); avoid jeans, short skirts, or untidy appearances. Be prepared for the process to last until the late afternoon.
