Job Title: Cabin Crew

Role Overview

As a Cabin Crew member, safety is the primary priority. Candidates must be comfortable working a demanding shift roster, which includes both early morning shifts (beginning as early as 5:00 AM) and late evening shifts (concluding around midnight). We are looking for customer-orientated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a positive, professional attitude.

Key Requirements

  • Possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Height must be approximately between 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and provide support to others in the water.
  • Proficiency in English (speaking and writing) is mandatory; candidates must successfully pass a formal English Language Assessment and a situational judgment test.
  • Hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
  • Adaptable to a structured shift roster.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • A passion for travel and interpersonal engagement.
