Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe and top-class inflight experiences to guests.
  • Operate early and late shifts as required by the roster.
  • Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate Requirements

  • Possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Minimum height of 157 cm (5'2") and maximum height of 188 cm (6'2").
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and support another person.
  • Hardworking, flexible, and possess an outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster, including early mornings (from 5 am) and late evenings (until midnight).
  • Enjoy dealing with the public and demonstrate the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Comfortable speaking and writing in English.
  • Must successfully pass a mandatory English proficiency test and a situational judgment test as part of the application process.
  • A passion for travelling and meeting new people.
