Job Title: Cabin Crew

Role Overview

As a member of the Ryanair Cabin Crew, safety is the primary priority. Successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining safety standards while delivering an exceptional inflight experience. The role is fast-paced and demanding, requiring the ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings (starting as early as 5:00 AM) and late evenings (concluding around midnight).

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver best-in-class customer service to passengers.
  • Ensure the safety and security of all guests and crew on board.
  • Operate efficiently within a structured shift roster.
  • Maintain a positive, customer-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Participate in comprehensive, world-leading training to earn Cabin Crew Wings.

Requirements

  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Height must be approximately between 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and support another person in the water.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, with the ability to pass a mandatory English Language Assessment.
  • Outgoing, friendly personality with a hardworking and flexible approach.
  • Ability to pass a mandatory situational judgment test.
  • Passion for travel and interpersonal engagement.
