Role Responsibilities

Prioritize passenger safety and customer care.

Perform on-board and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies.

Manage in-flight sales and cash handling processes.

Provide professional, welcoming service to passengers throughout the flight.

Requirements

Minimum age: 18 years or older.

Physical reach: Ability to reach 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.

Education: Minimum of a high school degree/GCSE or equivalent.

Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Documentation: Valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months remaining) and the right to live and work in the UK (British passport, Visa, or Settlement/Pre-Settlement Status).

Physical fitness: Ability to swim.

Residency: Must live or be prepared to relocate within 90 minutes of the chosen base.

Appearance: No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the uniform.

Health: If wearing glasses or contact lenses, a prescription above +4 or below -4 may impact the mandatory medical examination.

Additional: Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa.
Recruitment Day Guidelines
Candidates must arrive on time and expect the process to last until the late afternoon. Please bring the following:

Attire: Smart business professional (e.g., suit, pencil skirt, shirt, blazer). Jeans, short skirts, and untidy appearances are not permitted.
