Cabin Crew Recruitment – London Luton

We are currently seeking positive, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our award-winning cabin crew team. Registration for the event is required. Due to limited facility capacity, all registered candidates will undergo a pre-screening phone call to assess suitability. Failure to complete this call may result in the need to reschedule for a future event.

Prioritize passenger safety and provide exceptional customer care.
Execute ground and on-board duties in compliance with company policies.
Manage in-flight sales and cash handling procedures.
Assist passengers throughout the flight with a professional and welcoming attitude.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years.
Minimum high school degree, GCSE, or equivalent qualification.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months remaining).
Right to live and work in the UK (British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
Ability to swim.
Minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
Willingness to live within 90 minutes of your chosen base.
No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
Vision requirement: Prescription must be between +4 and -4 for contact lenses or glasses to pass the mandatory medical examination.
Ability to obtain a Schengen Visa if applicable.

Candidates must attend in smart business attire (e.g., suit, blazer, shirt, pencil skirt). Avoid jeans, short skirts, or an untidy appearance. Please bring an updated English CV with an ID photo, your passport, and your Visa/Settlement Status Share Code. Prepare for the assessment process to last until late afternoon.
