Role Overview

The airline is seeking positive, energetic, and motivated individuals to join an award-winning cabin crew team. Candidates will focus on safety, customer care, and the delivery of high-quality service while upholding the company's core values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist passengers throughout their flight.
  • Execute on-board and ground duties in full compliance with company policies.
  • Manage in-flight sales and cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain a consistent focus on flight safety and emergency preparedness.
  • Participate in comprehensive initial training, which is contracted and paid from day one.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must be aged 18 or older.
  • Minimum of a high school degree/GCSE equivalent.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Valid passport with at least 6 months' validity.
  • Right to live and work in the UK (British Passport, Visa, or Pre-Settled/Settled Status).
  • Able to swim.
  • Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Must live or be prepared to relocate within 90 minutes of the chosen base.
  • No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
  • Vision requirements: Prescription must be between +4 and -4.
  • Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain a Schengen Visa if applicable.

Recruitment Day Instructions

All candidates must register for the event. Due to limited capacity, applicants will undergo a pre-screening phone call to assess suitability. Please arrive punctually as the process may continue until late afternoon.

Required Documentation:

  • Passport and relevant Right to Work documentation (Visa/Settlement Status Share Code).
  • Updated English CV with an attached ID photo.

Dress Code: Smart business attire is required (e.g., suits, blazers, shirts, or skirts). Please maintain a professional appearance; avoid jeans or casual wear.
