Recruitment Day Information
Interested candidates must register for the event. Registered applicants will undergo a pre-screening phone call to assess suitability. Please arrive on time and expect the process to last until the late afternoon.
Required Documentation:
- Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity).
- Proof of right to work in the UK (Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status Share Code; British Passport holders require only their passport).
- Updated English CV with an ID-style photograph.
Dress Code: Smart business attire (e.g., suit, pencil skirt, shirt, and blazer). Casual clothing, such as jeans, is not permitted. Maintain a professional appearance regarding hair and makeup.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize safety and provide exceptional customer care.
- Perform onboard and ground duties in accordance with company policies.
- Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
- Ensure a welcoming environment for all passengers.
- Uphold company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Participate in comprehensive, paid flight attendant training.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Minimum high school degree/GCSE equivalent.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Ability to swim.
- Right to live and work in the UK.
- Reside or be willing to relocate within 90 minutes of the assigned base.
- No visible tattoos or piercings when in uniform.
- Medical fitness: Prescription for glasses or contact lenses must be within +4 and -4.
- Ability to obtain a Schengen Visa if required.
