Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a focus on safety and exceptional customer service.
  • Perform onboard and ground duties in full compliance with company policies.
  • Manage in-flight sales and cash handling procedures.
  • Provide assistance to passengers to ensure a comfortable flight experience.
  • Act in accordance with core company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
  • Participate in a professional network of over 7,000 aviation enthusiasts.
  • Receive full remuneration and contractual benefits from the first day of training.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Valid passport (minimum 6-month validity) without limitations.
  • Proficiency in swimming.
  • Legal right to live and work in the UK (British Passport, Visa, or Settlement/Pre-Settlement Status).
  • Ability to reside within 90 minutes of the assigned base and commute according to the work schedule.
  • No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the airline uniform.
  • Ability to obtain a Schengen Visa, if applicable.
  • Vision requirements: Prescription must not be above +4 or below -4 to pass the mandatory medical examination.

Recruitment Day Instructions

All candidates must register for the event. Please note that capacity is limited; registered attendees will receive a pre-screening phone call to assess suitability. Failure to complete this call may result in a request to attend a future session.

On the day, please bring:

  • Valid passport and proof of right to work (Visa/Settlement Share Code).
  • Updated English CV with an ID photo attached.

Dress Code: Smart business attire is required (e.g., suit, shirt, blazer, pencil skirt). Please avoid casual wear such as jeans or short skirts and ensure a professional appearance.
