Key Responsibilities of a Cabin Crew Member:
The successful candidate will be responsible for prioritizing both passenger safety and delivering exceptional customer care. The role involves:
- Executing all required on-board and ground duties in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Managing in-flight sales activities and accurately handling cash transactions.
- Warmly welcoming passengers and providing comprehensive assistance throughout the flight duration.

- Being contracted and remunerated from the initial day of the training program.
Essential Requirements:
Applicants for the Cabin Crew position must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum age of 18 years at the time of application.
- Ability to achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Possession of a minimum of a high school diploma, GCSE results, or an equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Holding a valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining and no limitations.
- Proficiency in swimming.
- Possession of the legal right to live and work in the UK (e.g., British passport, relevant Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
- Residency within a 90-minute commute of the chosen base, or willingness to relocate to meet this requirement, with preparedness to undertake this journey according to work schedules.
- Absence of visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- Demonstration of an enthusiastic and people-oriented personality.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa if applicable.
- Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or below -4 should be aware this may affect their ability to pass the mandatory medical examination.
