Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements
Applicants for the Cabin Crew position should meet the following essential criteria:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Ability to reach 210 cm (approximately 6ft 11in) when standing on tiptoes.
- Minimum of a high school diploma, GCSE equivalent, or a higher education qualification.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
- Possession of a valid passport with at least six months' validity remaining and no travel limitations.
- Ability to swim proficiently.
- Legally entitled to live and work in the United Kingdom (e.g., British passport holder, valid Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
- Residency within 90 minutes of the chosen base (London Gatwick) or a willingness to relocate, and the ability to commute for scheduled shifts.
- No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for working with people and a strong customer-centric approach.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa, if applicable.
- Candidates should be aware that visual acuity requirements for mandatory medical examinations may disqualify individuals with prescriptions exceeding +4 or falling below -4.
