Role Responsibilities

Maintain a primary focus on flight safety and customer care.
Perform all on-board and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies.
Manage in-flight sales and handle cash transactions efficiently.
Provide a welcoming experience and assistance to passengers throughout the flight.
Uphold company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
Engage as part of a professional aviation team.

Candidate Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Minimum of a high school degree/GCSE or equivalent qualification.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Ability to swim.
Minimum arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
Valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
Right to live and work in the UK (supported by valid passport, Visa, or Settlement Status).
Residency or willingness to relocate within 90 minutes of the chosen base.
No tattoos or piercings visible while wearing the company uniform.
Prescription for glasses or contact lenses must be within +4 and -4.
Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa.

Recruitment Day Instructions

Candidates must register for the event. Due to capacity constraints, all registrants will undergo a pre-screening phone call. Failure to complete this call may result in the need to reschedule for a future event.

Current passport and relevant Visa/Settlement Status Share Code.
Updated English CV featuring an ID photo.

Dress Code: Smart business attire is required (e.g., suit, pencil skirt, shirt, and blazer). Avoid casual clothing such as jeans or short skirts.
