Recruitment Day Essentials
Attendees should arrive punctually and be prepared for a comprehensive process that may extend until late afternoon. Candidates must bring the following items:
- A valid passport. For non-British passport holders, a Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code is also required. (For British Passport Holders, the passport alone is sufficient.)
- An updated English CV, including an ID photograph.
- Adhere to a Business Attire dress code.

Candidate Requirements
Ideal candidates for the Cabin Crew position will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- A minimum educational attainment of a high school degree, GCSE result, or equivalent.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
- Possession of a valid passport with at least six months' validity remaining and no travel limitations.
- The ability to swim.
- Possession of the legal right to live and work in the UK (e.g., British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status).
- Residency within a 90-minute commute of the chosen base, or a willingness to relocate accordingly, to facilitate efficient travel to work based on schedule.
- Absence of visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- A genuinely enthusiastic and people-oriented disposition, with a passion for working with the public.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa, if applicable.
- Candidates should note that a glasses or contact lens prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 may lead to a failure in the mandatory medical examination.
