Invitations will be extended to a selected group of candidates whose qualifications and values align with the organisation. The Role of a Cabin Crew Member
The Cabin Crew member plays a vital role in ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight. Key responsibilities include focusing on both safety protocols and delivering exceptional customer care. They perform required on-board and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies, manage in-flight sales and cash handling, and welcome passengers warmly while assisting them during their journey. Employment commences from day one of training.
Requirements
Prospective Cabin Crew members must meet the following criteria:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE result, or equivalent qualification.
- Be fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Hold a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity remaining).
- Be able to swim.
- Possess the legal right to live and work in the UK (evidenced by a British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
- Reside within or be willing to relocate to within a 90-minute commute of the chosen base, and be prepared to make this journey according to the work schedule.
- Have no visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- Be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with people.
- Successful candidates may also be required to obtain a Schengen Visa if applicable.
- Medical Note: Candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
