Preparing for the Recruitment Day:
Candidates attending the event should ensure they meet the stated requirements, as compliance will be verified. Punctual arrival is essential, and candidates should be prepared for the process to potentially last until late afternoon. Required documents include a valid passport (sufficient for British passport holders), plus Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code where applicable. An updated English CV with an ID photo must also be presented. The dress code for the event is Business Attire.
Working as Cabin Crew:
As a member of the Cabin Crew team, key responsibilities encompass focusing equally on safety procedures and delivering excellent customer care. The role involves performing on-board and ground duties in strict adherence to company policies, managing in-flight sales and cash handling, and warmly welcoming and assisting passengers throughout their journey. Cabin Crew members are expected to embody the company's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity. This position offers the opportunity to join a large community of aviation professionals and enthusiasts. Employment is contracted and paid from the commencement of training.

Requirements for Application:
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be aged 18 years or over.
- Have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Possess a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE result, or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English.
- Hold a valid passport without limitations, with a minimum of 6 months validity remaining.
- Be able to swim.
- Possess the legal right to live and work in the UK (British passport/Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status).
- Reside or be willing to relocate within a 90-minute commute of the chosen base, and be prepared to undertake this commute according to the work schedule.
- Have no tattoos and/or piercings visible when wearing the company uniform.
- Be an enthusiastic person who likes working with people.
- Successful Candidates will need to obtain Schengen Visa as well (if applicable).
- Please note that if you wear glasses or contact lenses and your prescription is above +4 or below -4, you are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
