A Recruitment Day is being held for prospective Cabin Crew members in London Gatwick.
Date and Time: 9th June 2025, starting promptly at 09:00 AM.
Location: Courtyard by Marriott Gatwick Airport, Buckingham Gate, Horley, Gatwick RH6 0NT.
Please note that the recruitment process may take until late afternoon.
The airline is continuously recruiting and invites interested candidates to attend this event. Attending any recruitment event is permissible, regardless of the base the candidate is applying for.
Recruitment Day Preparation:
Candidates are advised to arrive sharply on time. Compliance with the listed requirements will be checked during the event.
Required documents to bring:
- A valid passport. British Passport Holders require their passport. Candidates with other nationalities must bring their passport along with their Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code demonstrating the right to live and work in the UK.
- An updated English CV including an ID photo.
Dress Code: Business Attire is required.
Working as Cabin Crew:
The Cabin Crew member is responsible for focusing on both safety and customer care aspects during flights.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing on board and ground duties in strict compliance with Company policies.
- Managing in-flight sales and cash handling efficiently.
- Welcoming passengers warmly and providing assistance throughout the flight.
- Acting in accordance with the company's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Joining a large, dedicated family of over 7,000 aviation enthusiasts.
- Compensation and contract commence from day one of training.
Essential Requirements:
To be considered for a Cabin Crew position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Be aged 18 or over.
- Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Have attained a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE result, or equivalent qualification.
- Be fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Hold a valid passport without limitations, with a minimum validity of 6 months.
- Be able to swim.
- Possess the legal right to live and work in the UK (evidenced by a British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement Status, or Settlement Status).
- Live or be prepared to relocate within a 90-minute commute of their chosen base and be capable of making this journey according to the work schedule.
- Not have tattoos and/or piercings on parts of the body that are visible when wearing the uniform.
- Be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with people.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa if applicable.
- Candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
