Cabin Crew Recruitment Day - London Gatwick - 4 July 2025

The airline is seeking positive, energetic, and motivated candidates for Flight Attendant/Cabin Crew positions to join its award-winning team. This is an exciting opportunity to experience a unique workplace, constantly on the go, and meeting new people.

Prospective candidates are invited to attend a Recruitment Day in London Gatwick.

Recruitment Day Details:

Date and Time: 4th of July 2025, 09:00 AM sharp
Location: Hilton Gatwick Airport, South Terminal, Horley, Gatwick RH6 0LL

Candidates should arrive sharply on time and be prepared for the process to potentially last until late afternoon.

Essential items to bring:

• Valid passport plus Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code (For British Passport Holders, only the passport is required)
• Updated English CV with an ID photo
• Dress Code: Business Attire

Candidates may attend any recruitment event regardless of the base they are applying for. Compliance with listed requirements will be checked during the event.

Working as Cabin Crew:

Successful candidates will become part of a family of more than 7,000 aviation enthusiasts. The role focuses on both safety and customer care aspects, including:

• Performing on board and ground duties in compliance with Company policies.
• Managing in-flight sales and handling cash.
• Welcoming passengers warmly and assisting them during the flight.
• Acting in accordance with the airline's values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.

Cabin Crew members are contracted and paid from day one of training.

Requirements:

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be aged 18 or over.
• Have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Hold a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE result, or equivalent.
• Be fluent, both written and spoken, in English.
• Possess a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
• Be able to swim.
• Have the right to live and work in the UK (British passport / Visa / Pre-Settlement / Settlement Status).
• Reside or be willing to relocate within 90 minutes of the chosen base and be prepared to commute according to the work schedule.
• Have no tattoos and/or piercings on parts of the body visible when wearing the uniform.
• Be an enthusiastic person who enjoys working with people.
• Successful candidates will need to obtain a Schengen Visa if applicable.
• Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
