Requirements for the Cabin Crew Role

Prospective candidates should meet the following essential criteria:

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Ability to reach 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Possession of a minimum high school degree, GCSE results, or equivalent qualification.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • A valid passport with at least 6 months remaining validity and no limitations.
  • Ability to swim.
  • Legal right to live and work in the UK (via British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
  • Reside or be willing to relocate within 90 minutes of the chosen base and be prepared to commute for shifts.
  • Absence of visible tattoos and/or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
  • An enthusiastic demeanour and enjoyment of working with people.
  • Successful candidates may need to obtain a Schengen Visa (if applicable).
  • Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or below -4 should be aware this may impact their ability to pass the mandatory medical examination.
