Cabin Crew / Flight Attendant - London Gatwick Recruitment Day
An international airline is seeking positive, energetic, and motivated candidates to join its award-winning Cabin Crew team as Flight Attendants. This role offers a unique place of work, opportunities for travel, and the chance to meet new people daily while being on the go.
The Cabin Crew position is focused on ensuring both the safety and comfort of passengers while delivering exceptional customer care. The successful candidate will perform on board and ground duties in compliance with company policies, manage in-flight sales and cash handling, welcome passengers warmly, and provide assistance throughout the flight. This role requires adherence to the company's core values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity. The successful applicant will become part of a dynamic family of aviation enthusiasts. Full training is provided, and employment is contracted and paid from day one of training.
Recruitment Event Details: London Gatwick
Prospective candidates are invited to attend a Recruitment Day in London Gatwick. The airline is constantly recruiting and hosts events regularly. Candidates may attend this event regardless of the base they are applying for.
Date and Time: 15th of July 2025, 09:00 AM sharp.
Location: Hilton Gatwick Airport, South Terminal, Horley, Gatwick RH6 0LL.
Preparation: Candidates should arrive punctually and be prepared for the process to potentially last until late afternoon. Compliance with the requirements listed below will be checked during the event.
Documents to Bring:
- Valid Passport (British Passport holders require passport only).
- Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code (if applicable).
- Updated English CV with an ID photo.
Dress Code: Business Attire.
Requirements
Candidates must meet the following minimum criteria:
- Aged 18 years or over.
- Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE result, or equivalent.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Hold a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity remaining).
- Be able to swim.
- Possess the legal right to live and work in the UK (British passport/Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status). Successful candidates may also need to obtain a Schengen Visa (if applicable).
- Reside or be willing to relocate within 90 minutes of the chosen base and be prepared to make this journey according to their work schedule.
- Have no tattoos and/or piercings on parts of the body that are visible when wearing the uniform.
- Be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with people.
- *Note: Candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
