Recruitment Day Information:
Candidates should ensure they meet the listed requirements, as compliance will be checked during the event. Punctual arrival is required, and attendees should be prepared for the process to potentially last until late afternoon.
Attendees must bring:
- Valid passport (British Passport Holders: passport is sufficient)
- Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code (if applicable)
- Updated English CV with ID photo
Business Attire is required.
Candidates may attend any recruitment event regardless of the base they are applying for.
Role & Responsibilities
As a Cabin Crew member, the individual will:
- Prioritise both safety and customer care aspects.
- Perform on board and ground duties in compliance with Company policies.
- Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
- Welcome passengers warmly and assist them throughout the flight.
- Act in accordance with the company's values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Become part of a large family of aviation enthusiasts.
- Be contracted and receive payment from the first day of training.
Requirements:
Prospective candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Be aged 18 or over.
- Have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Possess a minimum of a high school degree/GCSE result or equivalent.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Hold a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
- Be able to swim.
- Have the right to live and work in the UK (British passport/Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status).
- Live within 90 minutes of their chosen base or be prepared to relocate and make this journey according to the work schedule.
- Not have tattoos or piercings visible when wearing the uniform.
- Be an enthusiastic person who enjoys working with people.
- Successful candidates may need to obtain a Schengen Visa (if applicable).
- Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
