Role Responsibilities:
As a Cabin Crew member, the focus is on ensuring passenger safety and providing exceptional customer care. Key responsibilities include:
- Prioritising both safety protocols and customer service standards.
- Executing onboard and ground duties in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Managing in-flight sales transactions and handling cash responsibly.
- Greeting passengers warmly and providing assistance throughout the flight duration.
- Upholding the company's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Becoming an integral part of a large and passionate team of aviation professionals.
- Training is compensated from the commencement date.
Requirements:
Prospective Cabin Crew members must meet the following criteria:
- Must be aged 18 years or older.
- Must have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Possession of a minimum high school degree, GCSE result, or equivalent qualification is required.
- Must demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Must possess a valid passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity and no travel limitations.
- Ability to swim is mandatory.
- Must hold the legal right to live and work in the UK (verified via British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
- Must reside within or be prepared to relocate within 90 minutes of your chosen base and be able to commute as per the work schedule.
- Visible tattoos and/or piercings while in uniform are not permitted.
- Candidates should be enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with people.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa (if applicable).
- Please note: Candidates with vision prescriptions exceeding +4 or below -4 for glasses or contact lenses are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
