The primary responsibility of the Cabin Crew member is ensuring the safety and security of all passengers, which remains the company’s foremost priority. The role delivers a safe and top-class inflight experience while adhering strictly to operational procedures.

Life as Cabin Crew is dynamic and rewarding; however, it is a demanding position. The crew member is required to operate flexible early and late shift patterns, with duty periods commencing as early as 05:00 and potentially concluding near midnight. Candidates must possess exceptional enthusiasm, a strong customer orientation, and the ability to thrive within a fast-paced aviation environment.

Training and Career Progression

No prior aviation experience is necessary, as the Ryanair Group provides world-leading, comprehensive Cabin Crew Training, offered completely free of charge. This internationally recognized course is designed to equip future crew members with all fundamental skills necessary for daily operations.

Upon successful completion of the training, the crew member is issued their official ‘Cabin Crew Wings’ and is fully prepared for operational duties.
