The Ryanair Future Cabin Crew Programme aims to identify and prepare aspiring candidates for future Cabin Crew training courses. Applicants will undergo an online interview. Successful candidates will be placed in a ‘hold pool’ and prioritized for placement on future Cabin Crew training courses. Regular updates regarding course availability and location preferences will be provided. The initial stages of the application process include an Online English test and a Situational Judgement Questionnaire.

Requirements:

  • Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Height must be approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and support another person in the water.
  • Hardworking, flexible, and possess an outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Adaptable and willing to work a shift roster.
  • Enjoy interacting with the public and providing excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude.
  • Comfortable speaking and writing in English and successfully passing an English Language Assessment.
  • A passion for travelling and meeting new people.
