Ryanair Group is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join their cabin crew team. This position offers fast-track career opportunities within Europe's largest airline group, which carries over 600,000 guests daily on more than 3,600 flights. No prior experience is necessary; a positive attitude and strong team spirit are essential.
Successful candidates will participate in a comprehensive 6-week training program, learning fundamental skills for delivering exceptional safety and customer service. The training includes regular exams and culminates in supernumerary flights, leading to the award of Cabin Crew Wings.
This role offers a fixed 5/3 roster pattern, free training, industry-leading pay, and discounted staff travel to over 250 destinations. There are numerous opportunities for advancement, including roles as a number 1, base supervisor, regional manager, or even Director of Inflight.
Life as cabin crew is both rewarding and demanding, requiring early and late shifts, sometimes starting as early as 5 a.m. and finishing as late as midnight. Safety is the top priority in this role.

Applicants must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network. Height requirements are approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm). Candidates must be able to swim 25 meters unaided, be hardworking, flexible, and have an outgoing and friendly personality. The role also requires adaptability to shift work, the ability to provide excellent customer service, and comfortable communication in English, both written and spoken. A passion for travel and meeting new people is also necessary.
