Responsibilities:
The Flight Attendant will play a crucial role in ensuring safe and efficient flight operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Captain in the safe and efficient conduct of flights.
- Adhering to all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, company procedures, and policies.
- Completing all assigned duties promptly and accurately.
- Conducting pre-flight inspections of cabin emergency equipment.
- Reporting any mechanical discrepancies to the Captain.
- Communicating safety concerns directly and clearly to the Captain.
- Maintaining a high degree of crew coordination and professionalism.
- Performing duties in a professional, efficient, and cordial manner at all times.
- Completing required records and reports.
- Supporting the Company’s Security and Safety Management System (SMS).
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- College education or 2 years of customer service experience.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
- Minimum of 20 years of age.
- Ability to relocate or commute to an assigned domicile.
- Height between 5 ft. 2 in. and 6 ft. with shoes.
- Possession of a valid US or Foreign Passport with applicable VISAs.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
Additional Information:
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. The work environment is primarily within an aircraft, with occasional use of standard office equipment. The role requires the ability to talk or hear, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.
