This professional will be a flexible and proactive team member, committed to providing exceptional, around-the-clock service to passengers. The ideal candidate possesses a strong culinary background and a genuine passion for food, with advanced culinary training highly desirable.

This role encompasses ensuring passenger safety and comfort through the delivery of superior personal service. Primary responsibilities include warmly greeting passengers, clearly explaining safety procedures, and thoughtfully serving meals and beverages. The Flight Attendant will be expected to provide a high standard of client service, ensuring passenger well-being during all phases of flight.

Key duties include directing and assisting passengers during emergencies, administering basic first aid, including CPR and AED, securing the cabin according to federal regulations, and reassuring passengers during turbulence. The successful candidate will conduct thorough preflight briefings and ensure adequate supplies, including food, beverages, and emergency equipment, are on board. Responsibilities also involve shopping for specific passenger requests and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cabin, galley, lavatories, and flight deck. The role requires completing preflight, in-flight, and post-flight documentation, as well as operating audio and video systems.

Candidates must possess a strong understanding of Federal Aviation Regulations and hold a current First Aid Training Certification. A minimum of five years of corporate flight attendant experience is required. Flight attendant-specific training from reputable providers such as FlightSafety or FACTs is strongly preferred, with annual recurrent training mandated. Candidates without formal flight attendant training may be considered but must complete initial training before flight assignments. Preference is given to candidates who have completed such training within the past twelve months.

Technological proficiency, flexibility, patience, and advanced culinary skills are essential. The ability to manage a dynamic schedule, including late-night flights, and respond on short notice (2–3 hours on standby) is crucial. The role requires unrestricted international travel capabilities and the capacity to deploy for up to sixteen consecutive days. Operational knowledge of Cabin Management Systems and all galley equipment is essential, as well as the ability to operate and configure all cabin features including berthing seats. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail, are necessary. A college degree and fluency in one or more foreign languages are preferred, as is experience with small children.

Specific requirements include vision correctable to 20/20 or better, clear verbal communication skills, and the physical strength to stand for extended periods, maneuver within the aircraft, and lift up to 30 pounds repeatedly. This role also requires the ability to push and pull a main cabin door.

Compensation for this role is competitive and ranges from $50,000 to $500,000, commensurate with geographic location, experience, aircraft type, job duties, and training.
