Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway company and a pioneer in aircraft management since 1977, seeks a qualified Lead Pilot in Command (PIC) for a Global 6000V aircraft based in Bradley, CT (KBDL). The Lead Pilot in Command serves as a peer leader within a designated flight department, focusing on effective crew resource management, client service, and the completion of flight department administrative duties. The Lead PIC actively participates in the flying schedule and adheres to all Pilot in Command duties and expectations. This is a 6-pilot account supported by a Maintenance Technician and Cabin Attendant, operating under Part 91.

The base salary range for this position is $117,000 - $438,500.
