Contour Airlines is seeking a dedicated professional for a full-time Cabin Attendant position at their Fort Lauderdale, FL location. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $42,000.00 to $52,452.24 annually, with opportunities for pay incentives based on performance and trip assignments. The position requires a minimum of a high school diploma.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to safety, integrity, and customer service, aligning with Contour Airlines' core values. Responsibilities include ensuring passenger safety and comfort, providing exemplary customer service, and performing various in-flight duties such as assisting with luggage, attending to individuals needing assistance, preparing and serving refreshments, and maintaining a professional appearance. They must be able to use all galley/cabin service equipment and in-flight entertainment system unsupervised. This position involves working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, requiring adaptability to a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with potential for extended periods away from home. The Cabin Attendant will also need to perform tasks requiring frequent walking, bending, reaching, and lifting, while maintaining the aircraft's cabin, galley, and lavatory.

This position requires a candidate who is at least 23 years of age, authorized to work in the United States, and hold a valid passport. They must possess either three years of corporate Cabin Attendant experience or prior Flight Attendant experience. Candidates must also pass a pre-employment drug screen and 10-year work history review, as well as submit to criminal history record and fingerprint checks. A valid driver’s license and good driving record are also required. Successful completion of a four-week Flight Attendant Initial Training Program and Initial Operating Experience is mandatory. Additionally, candidates must be proficient in English, residing within one hour of the assigned base. Strong interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and a professional demeanor.
