  • Ensuring the highest standards of safety are maintained during all flights.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to guests, contributing to a top-class inflight experience.
  • Working effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Operating on a demanding shift roster, which includes both early morning starts (potentially as early as 5 am) and late-night finishes (potentially as late as midnight).
  • Adapting seamlessly to a fast-paced operational environment.

Requirements

Prospective candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Possesses a high level of enthusiasm and a proactive attitude.
  • Enjoys interacting with the public and demonstrates the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can do' approach.
  • Is hardworking, flexible, and exhibits an outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Is adaptable to working a variable shift roster, embracing both early starts and late finishes.
  • Holds the unrestricted legal right to live and work within the EU.
  • Meets the height requirement, approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
  • Is able to swim 25 meters unassisted.
  • Is comfortable speaking and writing fluently in English.
  • No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive, world-leading training is provided completely free.
