Requirements

Prospective Cabin Crew members must fulfill the following essential criteria:

  • Possess the unrestricted right to live and work within the EU and/or the ability to travel freely throughout the extensive Ryanair network.
  • Maintain a height between approximately 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
  • Be capable of swimming 25 meters unaided, while also demonstrating the ability to support another individual in water.
  • Demonstrate a hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibit adaptability and a willingness to operate a varied shift roster, including early mornings and late evenings.
  • Possess a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and a proactive 'can-do' attitude when engaging with the public.
  • Be proficient in both spoken and written English, with the proven ability to successfully pass an English Language Assessment.
  • Show a genuine passion for travel, cultural exploration, and meeting diverse individuals.
