No prior experience in aviation or as Cabin Crew is necessary. While the role of Cabin Crew is inherently rewarding and offers unique experiences, it is also a demanding position where safety remains the paramount priority. The role requires flexibility to operate both early and late shifts, which may involve reporting for duty as early as 05:00 AM on early rosters and returning home past midnight on late rosters. This position is ideally suited for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional customer orientation, and demonstrate a high degree of enthusiasm for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring the safety and security of all passengers in accordance with airline regulations and procedures.
- Delivering outstanding customer service to enhance the passenger experience during all phases of flight.
- Handling challenging situations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Performing pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties as required.
- Adhering to strict schedules and operational timelines.
- Actively participating in safety and emergency procedures training.
Candidate Requirements

- Possession of a strong work ethic, adaptability, and an outgoing, friendly personality.
- Flexibility and willingness to work a demanding shift roster, including early mornings and late nights.
- Unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union.
- Height between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
