Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of emergency protocols and equipment operation, including the ability to operate all exits and utilize equipment requiring up to 70 pounds of force.
- Provide courteous and attentive in-flight service, including the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, requiring the maneuvering of service carts exceeding 250 pounds.
- Assist passengers with carry-on baggage, lifting and stowing items up to 35 pounds.
- Maintain a clean and organized cabin environment to enhance passenger comfort.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow crew members to ensure on-time performance, adhering to all reporting and departure schedules.
- Conduct in-flight sales and promotional activities as assigned.
- Provide support to Customer Service teams in various passenger handling tasks as needed.
- Maintain impeccable attendance records in accordance with company policies.
- Exemplify a professional image through conduct and appearance, adhering to the company's uniform standards.
- Uphold company values and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Adapt to changing demands and undertake additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service-oriented role.
- Must be at least 20 years old by the initial interview date.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the aviation industry, ideally as a Flight Attendant.
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service in demanding environments.

- Possess exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong customer-centric approach and a positive demeanor.
- Willingness to serve alcoholic beverages responsibly.
- Ability to handle and serve meals containing common allergens such as peanuts, shellfish, beef, and pork.
- Adaptability to work effectively with animals and in the presence of various allergens.
- Adherence to company presentation standards, including discreet tattoo placement and limited piercings.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate clearly in English, particularly during emergency situations.
- Proficient reading comprehension of technical procedures and government regulations.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in high-pressure and unexpected situations.
- Capacity to remain calm, think clearly, and respond effectively in emergency scenarios.
- Physical stamina to perform all required duties, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of standing and walking.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight travel.
