Flight Attendants are responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety and inflight service. This role demands professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to manage diverse situations while interacting consistently with the public. Key duties include:

The position involves working in an airport environment characterized by varying weather conditions and elevated noise levels. This includes all shifts, including weekends, holidays, and irregular schedules. Extensive travel and overnight stays away from base are inherent to the role. The physical demands include frequent stooping, bending, kneeling, walking, standing, reaching, lifting (up to 70 lbs.), pushing/pulling (catering carts exceeding 150 lbs.), and assisting passengers with disabilities.
A comprehensive, 35-day paid ground school training program will be conducted in Charlotte, NC, requiring candidates to reside at a hotel for five weeks. This will be followed by up to two weeks of on-the-job training. Successful completion of all training phases is mandatory.
