Corporate Flight Attendant
Role Summary
The Corporate Flight Attendant travels worldwide on corporate aircraft, providing comprehensive cabin service and ensuring the highest standards of safety and passenger comfort. The ideal candidate is a dedicated team player with a flexible and proactive approach, always striving to deliver exceptional service.
Role Responsibilities
This position encompasses a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:
- Safety & Emergency Response: Providing aircraft emergency briefings, coordinating passenger assistance in emergencies, administering first aid, and ensuring adherence to all applicable safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Passenger Service: Delivering a premium level of service, ensuring passenger comfort and satisfaction during flights, and maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Cabin Management: Performing pre-flight checks of emergency equipment, planning and procuring creative meals while adhering to safety and dietary needs, and thoroughly understanding the operation of all onboard cabin systems.
- Crew Coordination: Demonstrating excellent communication and teamwork skills, establishing priorities, and working collaboratively with the flight crew to ensure a seamless and efficient flight experience.
- Aircraft Maintenance & Stocking: Inspecting, cleaning, and stocking the cabin, galley, lavatories, and flight deck after each flight. Ensuring the aircraft is consistently ready for its next flight, including cleanliness and proper stocking of supplies.
- Commissary Management: Maintaining company commissary, including procuring necessary stock for all company aircraft, performing monthly audits, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Safety Compliance: Actively participating in safety, standards, and training committees and ensuring compliance with the company's Safety Management System (SMS) reporting.
Basic Qualifications
- Flight attendant specific training from Flight Safety, FACTs or similar.
- Aviation-specific first aid training certification from MedAire or similar.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a corporate flight attendant.
- Proven experience in large cabin corporate aircraft service, catering, and food preparation.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to independently manage cabin during emergency or abnormal situations.
- Comfortable interacting with senior level executives to establish and maintain a controlled cabin environment.
- Demonstrated adaptability and ability to adjust to rapid changes.
- Availability to fly on short notice (3-hour call out).
- Valid passport and the ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and Yellow Fever (required).
- Ability to travel on long duration international flights.
- Residence within 60 miles of Trenton Mercer Airport.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience OR High School Diploma and 3+ years of experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant.
Physical/Mental Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Ability to operate main cabin door/emergency exits weighing 75 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods with limited ability to sit.
Non-Standard Work Schedule, Travel or Environment Requirements
- Availability to work varying hours, including nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Length of travel may last 14+ days.

- Salary Range: $93,500.00 - $155,900.00 per year
