Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- A college degree or a minimum of two years of experience in a customer service-oriented role is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, including clear announcements, emergency instructions, and general passenger interaction.
- Applicants must be at least 20 years of age.
- A valid U.S. or Foreign passport with necessary visas is mandatory.
- Unrestricted travel eligibility to and from all destinations served by the company is required.
- Travel documents must remain valid throughout the training and employment duration.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States is essential.
- Candidates must be available to attend up to 6.5 weeks of unpaid training in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas.
- Upon successful completion of training, immediate relocation to the assigned base city is required.
- On-call availability and the flexibility to report for duty on short notice as part of reserve duty, which may extend for an unspecified period.
Designated Language Speaker Opportunity
We are seeking fluent speakers of Italian, Greek, or Dutch to enhance our passengers' experience. To qualify for this specialized role, candidates must:
- Possess fluency in one of the designated languages.
- Successfully pass a language proficiency assessment with a superior rating.
- Maintain fluency in the English language.
