Business Analyst - Flight Attendant

Overview
The Business Analyst will contribute to a crucial initiative surrounding flight attendant contract negotiations. The successful candidate will possess prior experience as a flight attendant and a thorough comprehension of contract language, business processes, and relevant technical systems within the airline sector. This role requires approximately 50% travel for in-person participation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Serves as a consultant to both internal and external stakeholders, guaranteeing alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
- Analyzes customer processes and requirements to create effective business solutions.
- Prepares project documentation according to established standards.
- Aids in business process redesign to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Maintains proactive communication with customers, stakeholders, and team members, promoting a collaborative environment.
- Develops technically focused user stories for Agile development teams.
- Facilitates meetings with technology and business leaders to clarify needs and requirements.
- Develops workflow models, process maps, and best-practice solutions.
- Provides training and knowledge-sharing materials to support business functions.
- Consults on compliance adherence and operational improvements.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Prior experience as a flight attendant.
- Proficiency in interpreting and applying contract language.
- Experience in creating technically focused user stories for Agile development.

Logistics

- Pay Rate: $80 - $96 per hour (W2 only)
