Responsibilities
As a Flight Attendant, the incumbent will contribute to the safe and efficient operation of flights and ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional service in accordance with company standards.

Assist the Captain in the safe and efficient conduct of flight operations from planning through termination.

Adhere to all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), TSA, and DOT regulations, as well as company procedures and policies.

Complete all duties assigned by the company or Captain accurately and in a timely manner.

Conduct preflight inspections of cabin emergency equipment relevant to the aircraft type, as detailed in the Inflight Manual.

Promptly report any mechanical discrepancies to the Captain.

Communicate directly and clearly with the Captain regarding any safety perceptions related to passengers.

Maintain a high level of crew coordination and professionalism.

Perform duties in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner while on duty.

Complete required records and reports.

Uphold the Company's Security and Safety Management System (SMS), including Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance.

Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company operations.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

College education or two years of customer service experience.

Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English.

Must be at least 20 years of age.

Ability to relocate or commute to an assigned domicile.

Maximum height of 6 feet 0 inches and a minimum height of 5 feet 2 inches (with shoes).

Must possess a valid US or Foreign Passport with applicable VISAs.

Must be able to demonstrate authorization to work in the U.S.

This is not a supervisory position.

Work Environment: Primarily operates within an aircraft, with occasional use of standard office equipment.

Physical Demands: Regularly required to talk or hear. Frequently required to stand, walk, climb stairs, lift up to 25 lbs, use hands for handling or feeling, and reach with hands and arms.

Security Clearance: Must pass a fingerprint-based criminal history records check (CHRC) per 49CFR1542.209 and a pre-employment drug screen.
