Position Overview
PSA Airlines, a wholly owned subsidiary of American Airlines, is seeking a professional Flight Attendant to join our team. As a vital member of our flight operations, the successful candidate will contribute to the growth of PSA Airlines by ensuring safe, efficient, and professional service. Core Responsibilities

Assist the Captain in the safe and efficient conduct of flights from planning through termination.

Ensure strict compliance with all applicable FARs, TSA, and DOT regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Perform all assigned duties in a timely and accurate manner.

Conduct preflight inspections of cabin emergency equipment per the Inflight Manual.

Report mechanical discrepancies to the Captain promptly.

Advocate clearly regarding passenger safety and maintain professional crew coordination.

Complete all required records and reports.

Actively participate in the Company's Safety and Security Management System (SMS).

Perform additional duties as assigned to support department and company operations.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

College education or a minimum of two years of customer service experience.

Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English.

Minimum age of 20 years.

Must possess a valid US or foreign passport with applicable visas.

Ability to relocate or commute to the assigned domicile.

Height requirements: Minimum 5 ft 2 in and maximum 6 ft (with shoes).

Must provide proof of authorization to work in the U.S.

Working Conditions and Requirements
This role operates primarily within an aircraft cabin environment. The position requires passing a fingerprint-based criminal history records check (CHRC) per 49CFR1542.209 and a pre-employment drug screen. Physical requirements include regular talking and hearing; frequent standing, walking, and climbing stairs; and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
