Job Summary

P&G Global Flight Operations is seeking a highly professional and experienced Corporate Flight Attendant to join its dedicated crew based in Cincinnati, Ohio. This critical role prioritizes the safety and comfort of passengers while ensuring the highest standards of in-flight service, cabin presentation, and operational efficiency within a dynamic business aviation environment. The Corporate Flight Attendant will be an integral part of a global flight operation, committed to upholding the rigorous safety and service protocols of P&G.

Key Responsibilities

The Corporate Flight Attendant is responsible for a comprehensive range of duties, including but not limited to:

  • Cabin Safety & Emergency Preparedness:
    • Assuming direct responsibility for the overall safety of passengers and cabin security on the ground and throughout all flight phases.
    • Taking command and executing emergency procedures, including evacuations, with exceptional leadership and composure.
    • Maintaining a high proficiency in the Global Flight Operations Manual, Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs), Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), and Operational Specifications.
    • Supporting, promoting, and adhering to the goals and objectives of P&G Global Flight Operations Safety Management System (SMS) and security protocols.
    • Liaising with company medical and medical vendors to ensure all aircraft emergency and medical equipment is current and in compliance.
  • Premium Cabin Service:
    • Providing an exceptional level of onboard customer service, anticipating passenger needs, and ensuring a comfortable and personalized flight experience.
    • Managing all aspects of cabin service, including gourmet food and beverage preparation, presentation, and serving.
    • Acting as the primary liaison with aircraft caterers and ground handling staff at destination airports to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Familiarity with and capable of establishing and resolving onboard connectivity systems for passengers and the cabin crew.
  • Cabin Operations & Logistics:
    • Taking ownership of the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the aircraft cabin.
    • Responsible for pre- and post-flight aircraft cleaning and complete restocking of the aircraft galley and onboard supplies.
    • Establishing and maintaining standard stock and storage locations for aircraft cabins.
    • Daily management of commissary stock, supplies, and beverages, ensuring freshness and appropriate inventory levels.
    • Shopping and purchasing required items for the aircraft and managing the snack inventory.
    • Handling aircraft bedding materials, ensuring supplies are current and prepared for international trips.
    • Providing the Material Coordinator with accurate lists of supplies and quantities for ordering/re-ordering.
    • Maintaining meticulous aircraft cabin inventory records.
    • Providing feedback on standard operating procedures for continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Collaborating with the management team on outfitting new aircraft.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess a demonstrated commitment to safety, service excellence, and professional growth.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

Certifications & Training

  • Valid U.S. Passport is required.
  • Formal Corporate Flight Attendant training from Flight Safety International, FACTS, or an equivalent reputable program.
  • Compliance with all aspects of P&G General Operations Manual, recurrent safety training (e.g., Flight Safety International or equivalent), and DCA Access fingerprinting.

Experience

  • Minimum of five (5) years of operational experience in business aviation.
  • Proven expertise in cabin safety and emergency procedures.
  • Extensive experience in safe food handling, catering ordering, and preparation.
  • Demonstrated effective communication across all levels of an organization.
  • Significant operational experience, typically achieved as a flight crew member.

  • Capability to manage long hours, irregular schedules, and potential jet lag, especially for international assignments.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
  • Must reside within a two-hour radius of Lunken Airport (Cincinnati, OH) or be willing to relocate.
  • Capable of performing effectively under high-pressure conditions, such as in-flight emergencies or demanding VIP service requirements.
  • Commitment to continuous education in leadership and industry best practices.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a Full-time position. The starting pay/salary range for this role is $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year. Compensation at P&G is competitive and varies based on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of experience. Total rewards include salary, applicable bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.
