Corporate Flight Attendant

This role serves as a vital crew member, functioning as a Corporate Flight Attendant within a dynamic aviation environment. The Flight Attendant assumes direct responsibility for cabin safety on the ground and during flight operations, ensuring the well-being and security of all passengers. A primary focus is the overall safety of passengers, with secondary duties encompassing exceptional passenger service throughout the flight.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking charge in emergency situations and coordinating evacuations as necessary.
- Providing a high level of onboard customer service and possessing a thorough working knowledge of aviation safety operations.
- Managing cabin service, including the preparation and serving of food and beverages.
- Serving as a liaison with aircraft caterers and ground handling staff at destination airports.
- Taking ownership of the cleanliness and organization of the aircraft cabin, including meticulous restocking of the aircraft galley and onboard supplies.
- Performing pre and post-flight aircraft cleaning and restocking duties.
- Managing commissary stock, supplies, and drinks, including shopping for and purchasing required items and maintaining snack freshness.
- Handling aircraft bedding materials and ensuring supplies are current and ready, particularly for international trips.
- Establishing standard stock and storage locations within aircraft cabins.
- Liaising with company medical and medical vendors to ensure aircraft emergency/medical equipment is current and up-to-date.
- Assisting the management team with outfitting new aircraft.
- Providing the Material Coordinator with accurate lists of supplies and quantities for ordering and re-ordering.
- Maintaining aircraft cabin inventory books.
- Supporting, promoting, and adhering to the goals and objectives of the Safety Management System and security protocols.
- Maintaining a high proficiency in the knowledge of the Global Flight Operations Manual, Standard Operational Procedures, FAR’s, and Operational Specifications.
- Familiarity with and capability to handle and resolve onboard connectivity systems for passengers and the cabin.
- Acting in accordance with all aspects of the General Operations Manual and completing required recurrent safety training (Flight Safety International, FACTS, or equivalent).
- Providing feedback on standard operating procedures for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Engaging in continuous education for leadership development.
- Performing other duties as required to support the mission of Global Flight Operations.
Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of business aviation operational experience is required, including experience in cabin safety and emergency procedures, safe food handling, catering ordering and preparation, and effective communications.
- Skills: The role demands strong decision-making ability, as well as managerial, administrative, and analytical skills. Candidates must possess above-average oral and written communication skills and demonstrate superb knowledge of customer service delivery. Success working within teams, excellent leadership and motivational skills, and a proactive, 'take charge' personality, especially in emergency situations, are essential. An external focus and the ability to handle long hours, irregular schedules, and potential jet lag for international flights are necessary. The ability to lift 60 pounds is required. This position requires the candidate to be located within Cincinnati, OH, within a 2-hour radius of Lunken Airport, or be willing to relocate. The ability to work effectively under high-pressure conditions, such as in-flight emergencies or demanding VIP service requirements, is crucial.
- Certifications: A valid U.S. Passport is mandatory. Formal training for Corporate Flight Attendant duties (Flight Safety International, FACTS, or equivalent) is required.

Salary Range:
$85,000.00 - $115,000.00 / year
