Overview:
The Corporate Flight Attendant plays a crucial role as a key crew member, primarily responsible for ensuring the utmost safety and security of passengers and the aircraft cabin during ground and in-flight operations. This position requires a strong focus on safety compliance, complemented by exceptional passenger service, cabin management, and logistical coordination. The Flight Attendant supports the objectives of the Global Flight Operations Safety Management System and security protocols, maintaining a high level of professionalism and operational proficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Assumes direct responsibility for cabin safety and security on the ground and throughout flight operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company procedures.
- Acts as the primary point of contact for passengers, delivering exceptional onboard customer service and anticipating passenger needs.
- Manages all aspects of cabin service, including the preparation and serving of food and beverages.
- Responsible for liaison activities with aircraft caterers, ground handling staff at destination airports, and company medical/vendor teams regarding onboard medical equipment.
- Takes ownership for the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the aircraft cabin, including pre- and post-flight cleaning and restocking of galley supplies, commissary items, and onboard materials such as bedding.
- Maintains inventory records for cabin supplies and coordinates replenishment orders with the Material Coordinator.
- Supports the Global Flight Operations Safety Management System, adhering to standard operational procedures, FARs, and Operational Specifications.
- Maintains a high proficiency in the knowledge of the Global Flight Operations Manual and relevant regulations.
- Takes charge in emergency situations and coordinates passenger evacuations effectively.
- Manages commissary stock, ensuring supplies are current and items are fresh.
- Provides support for the outfitting of new aircraft projects.
- Familiarizes with and manages onboard connectivity systems, assisting passengers with access and resolving technical issues.
- Actively participates in required training, including recurrent safety training, and supports continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on standard operating procedures.
- Engages in continuous education focused on leadership development.
- Performs other duties as needed to contribute to the mission of Global Flight Operations.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid U.S. Passport.
- Requires formal Corporate Flight Attendant training (e.g., Flight Safety International, FACTS, or equivalent).
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of business aviation operational experience is required.
- Demonstrated experience in Cabin Safety and Emergency procedures.
- Experience in Safe Food Handling, catering ordering, and preparation.
- Proven effective communication skills, both oral and written.
Skills:
- Must possess strong decision-making ability, coupled with managerial, administrative, and analytical skills.
- Extensive operational experience, typically gained as a flight crew member.
- Superb knowledge of customer service delivery standards in a corporate aviation environment.
- Successful history of working collaboratively on teams, demonstrating excellent leadership and motivational skills.
- A proactive, take-charge personality, particularly effective in emergency situations.
- Demonstrates an external focus.
- Ability to manage long hours, irregular schedules, and potential jet lag associated with domestic and international flights.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 60 pounds.
- Must be located within Cincinnati, OH, within 2 hours of Lunken Airport (LUK) or be willing to relocate.
- Capable of performing effectively under high-pressure conditions, including in-flight emergencies and demanding VIP service requirements.

Salary Range:
$85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
