KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Northern Pacific Airways is seeking qualified Boeing 757 flight attendants to assist with all aspects of training with our team located in Atlanta, Georgia. Qualifications for this position are, but are not limited to the following;

Possess a group II flight attendant certification

Be knowledgeable of the applicable Federal Aviation Regulations

Boeing 757 qualified flight attendants within the last year
-
Instructor experience is helpful but not necessary
-
Promote Safety and encourages compliance with all CFRs as they pertain to inflight
Once training is complete the candidate may have the opportunity to continue instructing or to become a lead flight attendant based in Ontario, California. Northern Pacific Attendant are responsible for overall cabin security whenever passengers are onboard, including takeoff, landing and en-route phases of flight. The Flight Attendant ensures the safety and comfort of passengers, providing exceptional customer experience and satisfaction in each interaction. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Upholding all
safety
by Ensuring all work is accomplished in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs) and the Company’s Flight Attendant Manual (FAM).

Prior to each flight, performing a thorough cabin pre-flight inspection and ensuring that the flight’s Captain/Pilot in Command has been informed of any known discrepancies or
safety
concerns.

Identifying and reporting safety hazards in the work environment or when confronted with an unsafe situation. Promoting a positive
Safety
Culture with co-workers, following accident prevention procedures, and supporting the organization in compliance with Safety Management System (SMS).

Embodying the spirit of

by demonstrating professionalism, enthusiasm, and positive energy to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction on each flight and in each interaction.

Demonstrating

to our passengers by thoroughly delivering important safety requirements essential to an enjoyable flight by performing required safety briefings and ensuring compliance with programs such as Exit Seating and Carry-On Baggage.

through calmly and professionally handling stressful situations that may arise, utilizing training techniques and tools to manage each scenario as appropriate.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate will be able to work as a team, to build and maintain a trusting relationship with passengers. Other qualifications include:

Must possess High School Diploma/GED.

Must be authorized to work in the country without employer sponsorship.

Must be at least 21 years of age and able to serve alcoholic beverages.

Must have previous professional experience in a customer service environment
-
Must be fluent in English, and able to communicate in a professional manner both verbally and in writing. Able to communicate in Japanese, Mandarin, Spanish, or Korean a plus

Must be able to fulfill the physical requirements of the position which require the ability to lift and maneuver 20 lbs. on a regular basis, and may involve lifting and maneuvering up to 60 lbs.

Must be able to stand for long hours at a time.

Must be able to work all shifts, to include weekends and holidays.

Must have a valid passport or able to attain one.

Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Must have a strong safety awareness and the ability to adhere to Safety Management Systems (SMS).

Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug test.

Must be able to travel internationally
