Ground Instructor / Courseware Developer
Purpose of Position:
The Ground Instructor / Courseware Developer is responsible for conducting FAA-mandated ground training for NetJets crewmembers, encompassing both initial, recurrent, upgrade, and remedial training. Additionally, this role will provide training to other company personnel on operational matters.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Classroom Facilitation and Coordination: Deliver required ground instruction through lectures, video presentations, and computer-aided courses. Provide training on Operations-related material to other company personnel. Conduct classroom presentations according to published schedules, training outlines, and training manuals. Coordinate with other departments and groups on training activities provided to the Training & Standards Department. Manage and complete task deadlines effectively.
- Courseware Development: Collaborate with the Courseware Developer to edit, maintain existing presentations, and develop new classroom materials.
- Records Administration: Maintain accurate and complete records of training conducted using the Aviation Training Management System (ATMS) and approved training program forms and procedures.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with crew members by delivering friendly, courteous service to all internal and external clients. Ensure timely notification and escalation of issues within the training department.
- Project Assistance: Contribute to Training & Standards Department and Flight Operations related projects and activities as assigned by management. Collaborate with fellow Training & Standards personnel to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. Work in conjunction with all Ground Instructor personnel to accomplish daily and other assigned tasks.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Aviation or Business Administration.
Certifications and Licenses:
