Overview
The Rotorcraft Aviation Training Instructor plays a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive and high-quality pilot training. This position is ideally suited for an experienced rotorcraft aviator with a passion for education and a commitment to fostering excellence in future pilots. The instructor will be responsible for conducting ground and simulator training sessions for a diverse range of clients, ensuring all instructional activities adhere to the highest industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivers engaging and effective pilot ground and simulator training for clients undertaking core, specialty, or enrichment aviation courses.
- Develops, refines, and prepares high-quality training materials that effectively support curriculum delivery and meet specific client requirements.
- Ensures all training activities and materials strictly adhere to applicable regulatory standards and established curriculum guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated extensive prior experience in rotorcraft operations.
- Possession of an unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate, or an equivalent Airline Transport Pilot License issued by an ICAO member state.
- Candidates without an ATP certificate must meet all requirements of 14 CFR Part 61.153 and 14 CFR Part 61.64, specifically without a Supervised Operating Experience (SOE) limitation.
- Must be fully compliant and willing to participate in the company's Department of Transportation (DOT) Drug and Alcohol testing program.
