About the Role
NetJets, a global leader in private aviation for over 60 years, is seeking a dedicated Flight Attendant. This role is crucial in delivering an elite and personalized air travel experience, emphasizing unwavering safety, refined in-flight service, and exceptional hospitality. As an ambassador of the NetJets brand, the Flight Attendant ensures the highest standards of safety and security while providing a seamless and luxurious travel experience that anticipates and exceeds Owner expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers within the aircraft cabin, adhering strictly to company manuals, procedures, and policies.
- Conduct pre-flight inspections, warmly welcome passengers, provide personalized briefings, and serve as a subject matter expert on aircraft systems.
- Source high-quality catering from external providers to meet luxury standards and Owner preferences.
- Deliver elevated in-flight service, including premium food and beverage presentation, turndown service, and executing bespoke Owner profiles.
- Ensure all cabin baggage is stowed correctly and safely.
- Accommodate passengers traveling with pets or who permit smoking onboard with discretion and service excellence.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment, ensuring consistent compliance with safety and operational protocols.
- Act as a liaison between Owners/passengers and NetJets from arrival at the FBO through safe arrival at their destination.
- Proactively communicate cabin-related maintenance concerns to the Pilot in Command.
- Complete all administrative duties, including inventory documentation and crew reports, with accuracy.
- Maintain a consistently clean and organized aircraft cabin according to company standards.
- Address complex issues with innovative thinking and make prompt decisions in dynamic environments.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned based on specific trip or operational requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other (KSAOs)
- Minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with a concentration in hospitality, customer service, business, or culinary arts.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage with clarity, professionalism, and poise.
- Proficient in personal computing, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Body size must not exceed specific aircraft dimensions (e.g., jump seat, harness, cabin aisle, emergency exit).
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Demonstrates exceptional adaptability and the ability to perform in dynamic and fast-changing environments.
- Ability to manage personal rest effectively for active duty.
- Capable of extended flight duty periods (up to 14 hours daily over 8 days), crossing time zones and varying climate conditions.
- Willing and able to travel away from home for seven or more consecutive days and nights, with accommodations provided.
- Eligible to obtain all necessary airport authority and U.S. Customs security credentials.
- Successfully pass all Transportation Security Administration (TSA) background screenings and obtain required airport and U.S. Customs clearances.
- Possess a valid passport and maintain the ability to travel internationally without restriction.
- Hold a valid State-issued driver’s license.
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
- Exhibit a highly polished, service-oriented appearance and demeanor.
- Possess superior oral and written communication skills, particularly under pressure.
- Demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making abilities with acute attention to detail.
- Able to exert up to 60 pounds of force occasionally, 30 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly to move objects.
- Comfortable working around animals.
- Maintain required Flight Attendant certification and FAA compliance post-hire.
- Successfully complete the NetJets Part 135 Flight Attendant Training Program.
