This multifaceted role demands an individual with a passion for service, unwavering professionalism, and the ability to seamlessly transition between responsibilities. As a Flight Attendant, you will act as an inflight chef, service expert, and safety professional, all while maintaining a warm and welcoming demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety First: Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers throughout the flight, adhering meticulously to all FAA regulations, Flight Attendant Manuals, and company procedures.
- Pre-Flight Preparations: Conduct thorough pre-flight checks, personally greet each Owner and passenger, and deliver comprehensive safety briefings tailored to the specific aircraft.
- Elevated Service: Orchestrate an exceptional inflight experience by flawlessly managing catering, beverage service (including alcohol), special requests, and personalized amenities.
- Adaptable Expertise: Navigate a variety of situations with grace, including catering procurement, accommodating passengers with pets or specific needs, and effectively managing cabin baggage.
- Communication & Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between Owners/passengers and NetJets, maintaining clear communication with the Pilot in Command regarding any cabin maintenance issues, and meticulously documenting all necessary reports.
- Commitment to Excellence: Continuously strive to exceed expectations, anticipate needs, and ensure each flight is conducted with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally with a focus in hospitality, customer service, business, or culinary arts.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in customer service, hospitality, aviation, or similar fields.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a strong understanding of personal computing.
- Ability to maintain composure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Impeccable grooming standards and a consistently positive, service-oriented demeanor.
- Physical capacity to meet the demands of the role, including lifting up to 60 pounds and comfortably navigating the aircraft cabin.
- Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and extended trips.
- Valid passport, driver's license, and the ability to obtain required airport security clearances.
- Successful completion of the NetJets Part 135 Flight Attendant Training Program.
