Assistant Chief Flight Attendant - Borgata, Atlantic City, New Jersey
MGM Resorts International, a global leader in hospitality and entertainment, seeks a highly motivated and experienced individual to join its team as an Assistant Chief Flight Attendant. This role is integral to ensuring the safety, consistency, and exceptional performance of all flight operations, while delivering world-class guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor Flight Attendants, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and company standards.
- Implement and execute training and evaluation programs for all aspects of specialized aviation cabin operations, with a strong emphasis on guest experience and safety.
- Contribute to critical decision-making alongside pilots, playing a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all passengers and crew.
- Maintain and facilitate training programs, quality assurance initiatives, reporting and documentation processes, publications, regulations, regulatory interface, and international operations.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all chartered and managed aircraft are adequately staffed and that cabin crewmembers comply with company procedures and government regulations.
- Collaborate with management to effectively plan and coordinate crew assignments for all scheduled, chartered, and ad-hoc flights.
- Partner with the Chief Flight Attendant to ensure compliance with company, regulatory, and technical requirements.
- Participate in crew scheduling, passenger and catering profiles, and the ordering of inflight supplies and equipment within established standards and guidelines.
- Initiate actions including performance evaluations, commendations, coaching, counseling, and remedial training for all Flight Attendant crewmembers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Flight Attendant in a corporate and/or airline setting.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a VIP setting.
- Willingness to relocate to the Atlantic City, New Jersey area.
