AMB Family Office is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Flight Attendant to ensure exceptional passenger experiences on every flight. As part of the support company for the Chairman and the Chairman's family, as well as the investment management and support services arm of Arthur Blank's for-profit businesses, the Lead Flight Attendant will play a crucial role in upholding the company's core values of developing customer relationships, treating associates with respect, and supporting communities.
The Lead Flight Attendant actively participates in the preparation and execution of all trips, ensuring passenger safety and comfort at all times. This individual consistently meets or exceeds passenger expectations through exceptional service. Responsibilities include passenger menu planning, ordering, and presentation; assisting in establishing and maintaining company processes and procedures; and developing and maintaining confidential passenger catering profiles. The Lead Flight Attendant is also responsible for developing, maintaining, and administering the aircraft stocking list.
The Lead Flight Attendant facilitates clear communication between flight attendants and other members of the flight department, working directly with the Chief Pilot. This role establishes vendor relationships for training and service purposes, as well as guidelines for managing and training flight attendants. Acting as a liaison to contract Flight Attendants for training and passenger service, the Lead Flight Attendant manages the budget for catering and aircraft supplies.
Ensuring aircraft cabin, galley, and lavatory cleanliness, and advising the Pilot in Command (PIC) of any cabin discrepancies are key duties. The Lead Flight Attendant establishes and maintains a food safety program for aircraft catering. This individual continually conducts themself in a professional manner, representing AMB Group both on and off duty, demonstrating honesty, responsibility, integrity, confidentiality, and fulfillment of commitments. Development and implementation of Cabin Service Standards, along with a willingness to take on other tasks as assigned, are also expected.
The ideal candidate possesses knowledge of general office practices, procedures, and equipment; demonstrates solid professionalism and communication skills; can prioritize tasks and work independently; has strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills; and has experience interacting with senior-level management and family members.

The typical work schedule will involve being available for scheduled and unscheduled trips when not on scheduled time off. Scheduled time off will consist of five hard days off per month, in addition to 15 days of vacation per year.
