Position Summary

The Director, Inflight Training & Standards is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping the long-term strategy and overseeing the financial performance of Inflight training and standards at Horizon Air. This position provides strategic direction for a team of leaders, focusing on flight attendant safety, initial and recurrent training, service training, regulatory compliance, safety management, and Inflight leadership development. The Director plays a crucial role in ensuring all training programs align with Horizon Air’s operational objectives and regulatory requirements, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $101,550 - $157,400 / year

Total Target Compensation Range (incl. bonus & equity): $133,816 - $206,420

The listed pay range and total target compensation package represent the expected compensation for this position at the start of employment. Actual pay will be determined by multiple factors, including location, relevant experience, skillset, and internal equity. Airport SIDA Badge Requirements

Employees working at an airport or maintenance hangar are required to obtain and maintain a SIDA (Security Identification Display Area) badge provided by the airport authority.
