Position Overview
Based in Christchurch, Cabin Crew members play a pivotal role in Jetstar's regional and trans-Tasman operations, ensuring passenger safety and providing exceptional customer service on flights to exciting destinations across Aotearoa, Australia, and Fiji.
Successful candidates will embark on a comprehensive, fully paid Ground School training program covering customer service, emergency procedures, and more, all delivered in a fun and informative group setting.

Candidate Profile

Eligibility Requirements:
- Passion for safety and customer service excellence
- Proven experience in customer service and sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent physical fitness, including the ability to swim and tread water
- Unrestricted working rights in New Zealand
- Valid passport with at least 12 months of validity remaining
- Commitment to a 6-week intensive paid training program
- Height between 163cm - 186cm and ability to reach 212cm
- 18 years of age or older
Location:
Christchurch, New Zealand. Please note that any relocation expenses are the responsibility of the candidate.
Selection Process:
Successful applicants will be invited to participate in an Assessment Centre (Group Interview) in July 2024.
