Our organization is seeking qualified Second in Command candidates for heavy jet aircraft, supporting both Part 91 and 135 flight operations. The Second in Command is responsible for managing duty, flight, and rest times in accordance with company policies and Code of Federal Regulations. He or she will maintain consistent communication with the company regarding standby duty assignments, trip notifications, position calls, and pre- and post-flight reports. The Second in Command will also maintain and manage electronic flight bag (EFB) hardware and applications.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2500 hours total flight time, 500 hours Pilot-in-Command time, 500 hours multi-engine land experience, and 100 hours total turbine time. The candidate is expected to reside, or be willing to relocate, within a two-hour call-out radius of their designated home base.
