Second in Command - Challenger 300/350

Jet Linx is seeking a qualified Second in Command (SIC) for Super Midsize jet aircraft operations, supporting both Part 91 and Part 135 flight requirements. Candidates must reside or be willing to relocate within a two-hour call-out time of their designated home base.
Position Summary
The Second in Command reports to the Base Chief Pilot and is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures.
Minimum Requirements

Total Time: 1,500 hours

Total Turbine: 100 hours

Total Instrument: 150 hours

ATP (Unrestricted)

1st Class Medical Certificate

FCC Restricted Radio License

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Current passport and ability to travel to all EU, Canada, and Caribbean countries

Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Ability to obtain a U.S. driver's license
Preferred Qualifications

Initial or recurrent 142 training in type within the last 24 months.
Essential Functions

Manage duty, flight, and rest periods in accordance with company policies and CFRs.

Coordinate with the company regarding standby duty, trip notifications, position calls, and reporting requirements.

Maintain electronic flight bag (EFB) hardware, applications, navigation charts, and company manuals.

Maintain a current 1st Class medical certificate.

Apply proactive decision-making and demonstrate Jet Linx core values.

Participate in the FAA Pilot Record Database review.

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Physical requirements: Ability to move up to 50 pounds frequently; work performed primarily in aircraft and terminal environments.

Must pass pre-employment drug screening and participate in random drug/alcohol testing protocols.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $124,000 to $160,000, determined by geographic location, aircraft specifications, education, and professional experience. The comprehensive benefits package includes:
